Student Chapters
Student Chapters are formed under the aegis of SIAM with the aim to promote collaborative mathematics on University Campuses by activities that offer researchers and students the stimulation and opportunities which arise from being part of the SIAM national and international communities.
Form your own chapter!
Forming a SIAM Chapter is easy. If you would like to start a Chapter at your University, please follow the guidelines below or contact Massimiliano Fasi, the current Secretary/Treasurer of the SIAM UKIE Section.
Current Chapters
There are currently 19 Student Chapters in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Active chapters organise their own local events, and every year one chapter hosts the SIAM National Student Chapter Conference (SNSCC).
